The European Indoors never fails to deliver the drama, and sometimes it spills over into Portuguese social media spats! We re-live the chaos of Karsten’s first lap, Gourley’s gutsy silver and all the Ukrainian success at the champs.

Plus, Gabby interviews actual legend Natalya Dobrynska, as well as heptathlon gold medallist Kevin Mayer!

And it wouldn’t be the conclusion of the indoor season without some bonkers results from the NCAA’s!

It’s champs week! Istanbul 2023 European Indoor Championships get underway on Thursday 2nd March and the TrackCastic crew can’t wait!

We preview each event on the schedule, with so many head-to-heads, new names and wide open events to look forward to.

Can Femke Bol set one, or even two, world records in Istanbul? Will the British distance women bring back all the bling? How many medals will Ireland win? Can Can win a home gold for Turkey? As usual, we discuss our thoughts in a light-hearted manner!
