As Chris is training for the upcoming London Marathon, we’ve got another marathon pod for you!

The first hour of the pod is our review of a rather fun World Indoor Championships from Nanjing, where Amber Anning and Jeremiah Azu become world champions for GB!

We then heavily discuss what worked and what didn’t work at the opening Grand Slam Track weekend. Michael Johnson is looking for feedback and we’ve got plenty! Alicia pops in to give her thoughts on it all too.

March Madness is upon us! We’re still getting our breath back from the fantastic European Indoor Championships in Apeldoorn last weekend, but there’s a World Indoor Championships in Nanjing this weekend!

Carol, Ceri & Chris are here to chat through all the medals won in the Netherlands (mostly by the Dutch team), including some impressive Irish performances and a decent showing from the British #representatives

Plus, we’ll quickly whizz through all the events ahead of Nonjing, sorry, Nanjing which is FINALLY happening after a FIVE year delay.

We’re back for 2025! And we have to start the year with our annual predictions special!

Obviously we had to make sure that Dave would be on this episode, mainly to check if he still thinks that Jenna Prandini will become world champion this year.

We’ve all picked some prediction for what will happen during the indoor season, outdoor season and the World Championships in Tokyo. Some of these predictions are a bit out there!

Plus, we’ll update some of the latest coaching changes, London Marathon announcements and talk through the year ahead.
